Weekend self-care open thread: The Beatles' Christmas messages

WNEW-FM was the rock station when I was growing up in New York City. Until I discovered hip hop at around age 10, it was the only station I ever tuned to.

One of the traditions of the Christmas season was the station playing messages which the Beatles created for their fan club. Along with the first snow and "A Charlie Brown Christmas", they were my touchstones for the season.

For this weekend's self-care, a little bit of festive cheer from the Fab Four.

This horrid year is almost over, and the season of lights heralds better times.
