Friday open thread: We wait

Last night, Donald Trump claimed on his fascist social media platform that he would not oppose the release of the warrant. We'll see if he maintains that stance as 3pm EDT nears.

Also today, the House should pass the Inflation Reduction Act. I think even the Squad won't give us trouble; even they know how important a victory this will be for the midterms.

We are, quite simply, living through a fulcrum of history. What happens over the next few weeks and months will determine our course for years, if not decades. No one asks to live in times like these. But it's the hand we've been dealt. There's no use in whining; we just have to get on with it.

Hang on, kids. Things will only get more squirrely from here on out.
