Weekend self-care open thread, part 3: It's the Carol Burnett Show!

It's Sunday, and it's part three of our three-part weekend self-care. Today, it's time for laughs!

For we Gen-Xers, Carol Burnett was a fixture in our homes. Every week, we'd tune in, and laugh, even though we weren't quite sure why we were laughing, much like with the adult humor in Warner Bros. cartoons. (Or, for me, Monty Python.) She was the funny-looking lady who left you in stiches, your belly aching so badly from laughing that your non-English-speaking mother looked oddly at you and wondered just what was going to become of this son she had birthed in a new country. For me, I associate her with growing up, and she informed my very unusual sense of humor.

To close out this weekend, a little bit of Ms. Burnett.

And this is the final day of our fundraiser. Again, Trevor and I do this out of love for the community we've built. But pot gummies and bourbon don't come cheap. So if you can, add a little bit to the kitty.

As always, be good, be brave, be bold, be beautiful. And always laugh.
