Weekend self-care open thread: The music of Florence Price

It's a truism that Western art music, commonly known as "classical music", is the purview of white men. Such a truism, however, ignores all the other people of diverse backgrounds who have contributed to the mosaic which is classical music.

For this weekend's self-care, we'll sample the music of American composer Florence Price. From Wikipedia:
Florence Beatrice Price (née Smith; April 9, 1887 – June 3, 1953) was an American classical composer, pianist, organist and music teacher. Price is noted as the first African-American woman to be recognized as a symphonic composer, and the first to have a composition played by a major orchestra.[2]
There are so many wonderful composers to discover outside of the Big Names. Go out into the hills and find some gems.

As always, be bold, be beautiful, and be good.
