Happy Festivus! Air your grievances!

'Tis the reason for the season! That's right my friends: Festivus is upon us.

Let's be frank (Costanza): there are plenty of things to grind our gears with frustration. And they seem to multiply around this time of year. From the stresses of the season and buying gifts and planning for get-togethers, to sheer exhaustion at the end of another cycle around the sun. Holding it all in is not good for our gut health. So let it out! Air your grievances! List everything which drives you batty! And then we shall have feats of strength!

Gather around the Festivus pole, partake of the sacred Festivus meal, and have an absolutely irate day!
