Show me on the doll where Taylor Swift emasculated you

Oh my word. The past week has been HIGHlarious with respect to exposing the intense fragility of the MAGA ego.

Taylor Swift, half of the Bey-TayTay dyad of modern goddesses, has Donald Trump supporters in a tizzy. Her current paramour, Travis Kelce, and his American football team, the Kansas City [racist team name], are going to the Super Bowl to face off against the San Francisco 49ers.

What is a strong, MAGA alpha male to do? On the one hand you have San Francisco, in their view the dark, putrid heart of liberal America, the source of all that is wrong with this country. And on the other hand they have Kansas City, a rock-solid Midwestern team. Unfortunately, KC has been contaminated. It has been made impure. It has become a font of demons.

Why? Well, first, the aforementioned Mr. Kelce. He supports all sorts of liberal causes, like getting vaccinated against Covid. He's become more of a lightning rod than Colin Kaepernick, as he's still an active player with two Super Bowl rings to his credit. No one who speaks approvingly of the modern Mengele, Dr. Anthony Fauci, will win plaudits from MAGAlandia.

But he's a mere bagatelle.

No, no, the true criminal, the arch devil, the vile succubus, is his partner, Ms. Swift.

TayTay is a billionaire—and, unlike their boy Elon Musk, she earned it on her sheer talent. TayTay is an outspoken liberal. TayTay is a strong, independent woman. TayTay registers her fans to vote at her shows—and you can rest assured they're not MAGA. TayTay would look at a MAGA male and shake her head, wounding his paltry little ego. TayTay is anathema.

The reaction to her being in any way associated with America's game has been that of a thermonuclear explosion. Trump rails that he's more popular than Swift. (Editor's note: He's not.) His sycophants vow to wage a "holy war" on her. Fascist commentators fulminate that she's a false idol, an affront to Jesus riding a tyrannosaurus rex. Nazi influencers online are setting aside their hatred of all things San Franciscan and begging the 49ers to beat Kansas City; if KC wins, this will assure Joe Biden's reelection, and World War III will be the consequence. Yes, Taylor Swift will usher in the Four Horsemen.

These people are not well.

And their absolute meltdown exposes a real fear. A fear not so much of one woman, but of all that she represents. An open America. An inclusive America. A kind America. And, they suspect, in their dark hearts, that she represents the majority. They know that she has the power to mobilize millions of her fans. They know she has no love for them or what they stand for. And they know they have no one of anywhere similar stature to stand against her.

I mean, we have no idea of Swift will endorse Pres. Biden. But what they see is a repeat of Bruce Springsteen's close association with Barack Obama, and how that paid dividends. They know—they know—that she represents hope and liberality, and that what they offer pales in comparison. Who the hell wants to be angry all the time? What she says is that yes, you can change the world for the better. And they know this message resonates.

In Taylor Swift, these small men see a woman they will never be able to control. They see a woman wielding power, a power directed at them. They see a woman who speaks her mind and dismisses them. And they can do nothing about it. But, she hasn't emasculated them. They've emasculated themselves. They've turned themselves into eunuchs for Trump, giving up their God-given reason in service of idolatry. They worship an orange ass, and are beginning to realize that the cult is shrinking. TayTay is another signpost on their road to irrelevance.

It's not too late. They could reclaim their manhood by setting aside evil things. But most of them are too far gone. And a woman who sings onstage in sparkling spandex encapsulates all that has gone wrong with their lives. It's a beauty to behold.
