Wednesday open thread: Be of good cheer

As I write this, it seems that Virginia has gone Republican. I'll have more to say on all the factors which went into this loss, if the numbers remain the same.

I will say this: This is no time to despair. If Glenn Youngkin indeed has won, it's a call to keep working, not to throw our hands up. Politics aren't for the faint of heart. There will be setbacks. But as I often say, our ancestors didn't put us here to fail.

So, for today, some music to cheer you all up.
