Weekend self-care open thread: Max Richter

One of my favorite things on these weekend self-care open threads is to introduce you to music you may not know of.

Max Richter is a modern classical composer. He's not atonal. He is very melodic. But he doesn't ape the forms of the past. Like the best of modern classical composers, he takes the best of the past and refracts it through his modernist lens.

So, for this weekend, some of Mr. Richter's music.
