Sunday evening open thread: The moron did WHAT??

Good evening, everyone.

While I was off doing paid work, I see that the moron who holds the office of president decided to go for a drive to show off to his supporters. While infected with COVID. And endangering the agents sworn to protect him.

First off: No, this isn't an indication that he's fine. This isn't an indication that all this is a hoax. This is no conspiracy theory. This blog is not a place for conspiracy theories.

Secondly, building on the first point: What this is is an indication that this man is so far gone that he can't be away from the limelight for one second. This man has no concern for others. He has no regard for anyone besides himself. He will put anyone and everyone at risk to satisfy his own neuroses.

This man is not only unfit to be president; he's unfit to be among other humans. He should be locked away so that his sociopathy doesn't harm others. And how many of those now guarding him will become infected?

He sees others only in regards to their utility for him. He doesn't see them as human beings. He couldn't care less whether they live or die. But now that he's fearing death for himself, he's reaching out for that shot of adulation.

Just when you think he can't go lower, he always does.
