Frida had been lying on the bed, well after Max had left. She had cried herself out over what she thought was Max seeing his former crush, Lydia Cole. She was curled up in a semi fetal position, where she was lying on her right side with her back facing the door. Frida wasn't asleep, so much, as she was fretting about Max and what she thought he might be doing with Lydia.
Max peeked his head in to see Frida lying on the bed. Once he saw that, he went in and gently sat on the side of the bed, with Frida's back facing him.
"Hiya, huuh-neeeee!" Max said to Frida, who, after hearing Max's voice, quickly turned her head to see him sitting next to her.
"MAX!!!😃" Frida said, as she sat up on the bed, looking at Max, joyfully and relieved. She quickly hugs him tight, much to Max's surprise, and says to him, "OH MAX, YOU CAME BACK!!!😍😍😍😍😍💖💖💖💖💖"
Max gently pulls Frida off of him to look at her and tell her "Of course I came back! Where else was I gonna go?😁"
Frida, still unsettled over the thought of losing Max, says to him, with a quivering voice, "I thought...you were going to go see...that bitch, Lydia!!!"
"mmmnyahhh, Dat's uh STOOOOOPID thing ta DOOOOOO!!!🤪" Max said, in a rather silly voice. He continued "Why would I even think that?"
"I...I don...I'm just SCARED MAX!!!" Frida blurted out.
Confused, Max asks Frida "Scared of WHAT?!!"
"Scared I'm gonna lose you!" Frida emotionally blurts out to Max.
"WHUUUT?!!" Max asks in extreme disbelief.
"I can't help it!" Frida tells Max, as she starts crying again, while clutching his shirt. "All my life I've lost people I love and care about! I saw my father die when I was five. I got taken from my mother as a teen. And I fear I'm never going to see my daughter Angela again! You're all I have, Max! I don't wanna lose you too!"
"FRIDA!!!" Max says in disbelief.
Frida then cups Max's head with her hands, saying to him. "I LOVE YOU MAX!!!
"......love meeee?!!" she said in a high pitched, whimpering voice.
"...My God, Frida!" was all Max could say to her. He was looking at Frida, the most beautiful woman he's ever seen, her face all red from crying hard, as tears were still falling fast from her eyes. Her body was trembling in fear, and her mouth all quivering. Frida was extremely scared Max was going to dump her for a woman he despises.
Then Max, giving a soft sweet smile at Frida, puts his left hand up to the side of his chin and starts wiggling his two front fingers, back and forth, as a way to tell Frida to scoot on over. Frida immediately obliges, as she moves to the right side of the bed and is upright on her knees. Max then sits on the bed with his legs out and his back against the bedframe. Still smiling, Max then opens his arms at Frida, who quickly moves on top of him with her arms around Max, her right leg draping over his legs, and lying her head down on his shoulder.
"Can I please tell you something, Frida?" Max gently says to her, as he's wiping the tears off her face with his thumb, then putting it under Frida's chin.
"Before you came into my life, I had nothing! I went out on dates where I was stood up, got them taken from me by other guys - one time some guy punched me out after he took my date. I was used to make other men and women feel jealous by dating me. I even found myself catfished. At that point, I was absolutely convinced no woman was ever going to be interested in me, whatsoever. I was prepared to face an entire life of being alone and unloved because of all the crap I endured.
"When I first saw you...I just assumed you were immediately uninterested in me. Because you looked so beautiful and lovely on the outside, as well as being so kind and sweet on the inside. What chance was someone, like me, ever going to have with someone as perfect as you?
"But here you are! Lying comfortably on me with your arms wrapped around me...looking at me with concern and affection in your eyes. Frida, you've given me the one thing I thought I was never going to have...love! I'd be the biggest goddamned fool on the planet if I was to ever turn my back on you for ANYONE!" Max says to Frida, who's still crying and shaking to him as she uses her tongue to pull Max's thumb into her mouth to suckle on it, like a baby with a pacifier.
"Especially HERRRRR!!!😠" Max growls out through his teeth while looking to his left, as to be talking about Lydia. After a moment where his head is bowed down and his eyes were closed, Max looked at Frida and continued.
"You say you're scared of losing me? Frida...I am TERRIFIED of losing you!☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️"
At that moment, Frida stopped crying and shaking and sucking on Max's thumb in order to sit up and look at him with a puzzled look on her face, as Max continued. "Because if that were to happen...I fear I'm never going to have another woman with me again, for the rest of my life...much less, someone as perfect as you!"
Frida was about to say something, but Max continued talking. "That night...at Al and Gloria's...when you were dancing with Paul...I got so incredibly jealous. Because you looked like you were having such a good time with him. Then...I got so depressed and anxiety filled. Because I feared that...after being with Paul...you were going to look at me, and come to the conclusion that I'm just..." Max found himself struggling to get the words out at that point, as his mouth started quivering, yet he continued "...I'm just a...a big loser!" And as Max said that, a tear fell down his face.
When Frida saw Max's tear roll down him, she reacted with a wide eyed, wide mouth look of shock on her face, as Max continued. "And that you would start losing interest in me...until finally...you would dump me for someone much better than me." The tears started coming down Max's face at that point as well as his voice choking up on him, as Frida's shock at Max's fears grew bigger, as Max continued. "And that I would be right back to where I was before, and for the rest of my life.
"...alone and unloved!!!" At that point, Max started crying uncontrollably, as he laid out his worst fears to the woman he loves so much.
Frida then reacted to Max by saying "No! NOOOOOO!!! NO!!! No, no, no...no...no..." Frida had pulled Max in close to her and was holding and hugging him tight, her chin on Max's head, as he was continuing crying hard into Frida's shoulder. Frida was soothing and comforting an emotionally sobbing Max, softly saying to him "Shhhhh, don't cry, Max. <kiss> Don't cry, my sweet, sweet love. <kiss> I would never, ever do something so horrible, like that, to you. <kiss> I love you so much!" Frida then takes Max's face and gently raises it so as to look directly at him.
Max, still crying, says to Frida, with a choked up voice "And I love you too, Frida! You're the greatest thing that's ever happened to me! I've never felt more alive in my entire life than when I'm holding you in my arms! I don't ever wanna lose you!"
Frida, who went from being frightened and crying to being overjoyed at Max confessing his deep love for her, leans into him, still holding his face in her hands, and gently whispers into Max "You never lose me, my love!" and starts kissing Max. As she was kissing Max, Frida started to giggle a bit, which left Max somewhat confused by that.
Still giggling, Frida leans back with her right hand holding her up on the bed, and says to Max "I'm sorry for that, Max. It's just...I believe YOU were the one who was supposed to be comforting me!"
When Max hears that, he starts laughing a bit himself. Wiping the tears off his face with the palm of his hand, he says to Frida "Yeah. Funny how that turned out!"
Max and Frida were just sitting on the bed, not saying anything for a moment. Until Max finally says to Frida "So now what?"
After a moment, Frida sticks her hand out at Max, and says to him, in a sweet, pleading voice "Hold me?" Soon, a smile curls up Max's face, as he grabs Frida below her shoulders and pulls her close to him so that he's hugging her.
As Max has Frida in his arms, Frida asks Max "Hold me tighter, please Max?" which Max happily obliges. Frida then asks "Tighter?" And Max squeezes her tighter, until Frida says "Ok Max, that's too tight, YOU'RE HURTING ME!!!"😬😬😬😬😬
When Max hears that, he freaks out and let's go of Frida to tend to her, saying "I AM SO, SO, SORRY FRIDA, ARE YOU ALL RIGHT?!!"
After Frida composes herself, she looks at Max, who has the tips of his right fingers up to his mouth and an extremely concerned look on his face. When Frida sees that, she develops a sly look on her face, and coyly tells Max "I am now!!!😈" Frida then quickly hugs Max below his shoulders and starts kissing him deeply. Still holding Max tightly, Frida pulls him on top of her, wraps her legs around Max's, and rolls him over, where she continues to passionately kiss and tongue him, as Max is unable to move and is at the mercy of Frida's deep kissing, which he's not really complaining about!😉😁
And while that's going on, Victor, who's been standing outside the door observing all that, smiles as the two lovebirds are back in each others arms. And then Victor crawls away, leaving Max and Frida on their own.
