The US military is prepared to strike Iran as early as this weekend, though President Donald Trump has yet to make a final decision on whether he’ll authorize such actions, sources familiar with the matter tell CNN.
The White House has been briefed that the military could be ready for an attack by the weekend, after a significant buildup in recent days of air and naval assets in the Middle East, the sources said. But one source cautioned that Trump has privately argued both for and against military action and polled advisers and allies on what the best course of action is.
Top administration national security officials met Wednesday in the White House Situation Room to discuss the situation in Iran, a person familiar with the meeting said. Trump was also briefed Wednesday by special envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law, about their indirect talks with Iran that occurred a day earlier. It was not clear if Trump would make a decision by the weekend.
“He is spending a lot of time thinking about this,” one source said.
This is where we are now. The regime is about to launch a war against Iran—and don't get me wrong, the mullahs can go meet Iblis for all I care—with no Congressional approval, no strategy, no day-after in place. Why? Because of this:

I also reported that some of the Justice Department’s case files for this woman — who later sued and reportedly received a settlement from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate for sexual abuse allegations in the same timeframe — appear to be missing from the government’s publicly searchable Epstein database.Donald Trump is about to go to war illegally because his involvement in the Epstein horror is not only not going away, but is enveloping him. You have even the likes of Nicky Fuentes gleefully looking forward to he and the Republicans getting smashed this November. The voters who lied to themselves in remembering his first term as a land of milk and honey with mean tweets are now aghast at what they have done. (By the way, fuck them.) Prices are up, jobs are down, and the world hates America. (Of course, the world, especially Europe, should attend to the logs in their eyes rather than the mote in ours.) All this because too many of our electorate are infantile and sociopathic.
However, I have now found DOJ records showing that the FBI did not just interview this woman once. The FBI interviewed this woman — who claimed that Trump forced her to give him oral sex when she was in her early teens, then punched her in the head after she bit his penis and kicked her out — at least four times.
But the DOJ’s file associated with those records — a document cataloguing information that the government provided counsel for convicted Epstein co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell during her trial — has apparently been removed.
Well, LibertyCappy, you won't be fighting in Israel, but Trump is about to make the Iraq debacle look like a victory. Unlike Saddam Hussein, the mullahs do have the means to, if not defeat the US, make "victory", whatever that means, worthless.
And, of course, the military is being led by a senile old man and a raging alcoholic. I'm sure all of this will go swimmingly once the first casualties start rolling in, or when an Iranian missile connects with an American warship and sends it to the bottom of the Persian Gulf.
In Russia, Vladimir Putin is destroying the country because his ego cannot admit that the war in Ukraine is lost. It was lost the minute he invaded and failed to take Kyiv. His servant Trump is trying to do the same thing in the US. Blessedly, we are not Russia. We have the means to dispose of Trump politically, without the need for more drastic measures. (If someone on social media starts egging on violent resistance, they're a Fed.) But as always, it didn't have to be this way. Prices haven't come down, Gaza isn't "free", Israel won't be destroyed, and the voters who chose this are still pieces of shit. I will never forgive Trump voters, Uncommitted, Dearborn, and those who stayed home. If there is a God, they will have to settle their accounts for their complete disregard for their fellow men and women. They were either actively malicious, or were so wrapped up in virtue signaling that it amounted to the same thing. They may be like Germans in May 1945 swearing that they knew nothing, but the odium will attend to them for the rest of their lives, and they should hide themselves in shame.
So, get ready for the possibility of war, because a very bad man raped children and is spiraling down in his decrepitude. Humans are weird.
