Culture Thursday: Let's dance!

Dance!

As a Cuban, I come from a culture steeped in dance. All our parties are dance parties. Whether we have a band, a DJ, or just our phones, dance music is an essential component of our gatherings.

Dance frees you. Dance allows you to access that primal, rhythmic core of our humanity. Dance transports you, allowing you to reach an ecstatic space where you can glimpse something like the Divine.
