Indictment watch! SCOTUS watch! Meghan McCain watch! Swatch watch!

OK, the last part of the title was me reliving my Gen-X youth. But we certainly have plenty to look out for today.

The indictment against the Trump Organization and its bookkeeper Allen Weisselberg will be released this afternoon. We'll know just how bad of a boom is being lowered on the mafia outfit. And we'll also know just how much the former guy's house of cards will collapse. To quote Billy Ray Valentine: "[I]t occurs to me that the best way to hurt rich people is by turning them into poor people." I still want him and his urchins in prison. But this is a nice start.

Then we have SCOTUS. Today should be the day when it hands down its final decisions for the term. Everyone is looking towards the voting rights case before it. The tea leaf readers have predicted that Samuel Alito will write the majority opinion, which is no sorts of good. So, we'll see. Whatever happens, we'll keep on fighting, because it's what we do.

And then Meghan "Me Me" McCain. The Daily Mail Online reports that Me Me is going to quit "The View" on air today. Now, I take what the Daily Mail writes with a shovel of salt. But it would be Me Me's idiom to huffily quit on air a la Piers Morgan. It would be a fitting end to a storied career.
