Empathy for the devil

As I was perusing the social media streets—but, don't worry dear friends, not commenting—I came across this.

WELKER: Do you think it's appropriate for POTUS to celebrate the death of Bronze Star recipient? BESSENT: Neither one of us can understand what's been done to the president & his family W: So there's nothing wrong w/post saying, 'Good. Mueller's dead'? B: We should have empathy for the president

"We should have empathy for the president."

We should have empathy for a men who mocks the disabled. We should have empathy for a man who imprisons children. We should have empathy for a man who began a war of choice in Asia with absolutely no plan or war aims. We should have empathy for a man who is single-handedly destroying this country.

The sycophancy from his minions is redolent of the court of the Sun King. If Trump had to have surgery for an anal fistula, his courtiers would run out and get them for themselves, whether or not they had the condition.

But let's get back to "empathy". Donald Trump traduced the memory of an actual servant of the Republic, a man who gave his life in service to this country. And we're supposed to have "empathy" for what he went through. What he went through was of his own choosing. He chose to take help from Russia—which Robert Mueller III quite clearly showed in his report. He chose every corrupt act which led to Mueller's investigation, in which he was not in the slightest "exonerated". He has lain in a bed of his own making for the entirety of his life; for that we should show "empathy".

These people, far from being fascist masters, are the whiniest of whiny ass titty babies ever to engage in politics. They have the trifecta of government, and they still complain and cavil as if they're oppressed. Nothing will make them happy, for nothing can ever fill the voids in their souls. They are empty vessels, bereft of culture, bereft of love, and they know it. So all they have is complaint.

We should be glad that they are such snowflakes. If they had any intestinal fortitude this blog wouldn't exist, and a fair number of us might be detained. What they are, above all else, is weak. And they know they're weak. They know that they can smash things, but are unable to achieve their dream of a thousand-year Reich. The damage we will have to repair is unimaginable; but they have not destroyed this country beyond saving it. The fact that Bessent pleads for empathy is proof that they know they're on the losing end of history.

I'll save my empathy for myself, when I enjoy a few drinks upon the bastard's demise.
