Weekend self-care open thread: Ladies and gentlemen, Neil Young!

Now, you may ask: Why did I choose that great Canadian for this weekend's self-care thread? Well, first, I've never celebrated his work in these past five years. Secondly, the man just popped into my head as I sat down to compose this piece.

This tzaddik has been in two of the most influential bands of the rock era: Buffalo Springfield and Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young. As a solo artist he has maintained an authenticity and dedication to his unique vision which is hard to carry on for the six decades he has been making music.

So give it up for this son of Toronto and California.
