Radik Tagirovich Tagirov was born in Russia during the month of May,1982. He is known as the Volga Maniac Serial Killer, who murdered thirty-two elderly women between the years 2011 and 2012 in the republic of Tatarstan in the country of Russia. He is also known as the Granny Strangler. He is one of Russia’s most prolific serial killers. He posed as a maintenance worker to gain access to his victims. The Early Childhood of Radik Tagirov
He had a neglectful childhood, and he lost contact with his mother as a teenager. She said he stopped calling and coming to visit. His mother stated she was worried about her son after years of not hearing from him and decided to go searching for him. This search would ultimately lead to his capture and arrest as the serial killer. Radik Tagirov after reaching adulthood, pursued a career as a locksmith. In 2009, after being convicted on minor charges, he spent the next four years homelessly wandering from place to place looking for a means to survive on the street.
